How do I place a custom order?
For custom rug and crochet orders, please reach out to us via direct message on Instagram. Be sure to include your ideas, preferences, and any specific details you'd like to share. Our starting prices for rugs are available on our Instagram highlights. If you have reference images, please include them—they help us better understand your vision and make the process smoother. Our team will respond promptly to discuss your order, finalize pricing, and provide timelines. We look forward to bringing your vision to life!

What is your return policy?
Since all items are handmade, we do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. All sales are final and we do not refund deposits.

What is your shipping policy?
All completed orders ship every Saturday. Shipping cost varies based on item size and destination and estimates will be provided during the checkout process. Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Once your item is shipped, we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, late, or damaged packages. We do not internationally ship.
